How can we rediscover the wonders of Ancient Egypt?
Year 3 is a very busy year.
Children will be extending the knowledge that they have gained during their time in Key Stage One,
to further develop their literacy, numeracy and science skills.
We love to read!
Children enjoy guided reading sessions where they can develop their reading and comprehension skills.
Children in Year 3 choose their own reading books to take home.
We have a well resourced school library where the children are allowed to select a book and take it home. There is also a cosy reading corner and library in the classroom.
In Year 3 we are working really hard to learn our 4 and 8 times tables, whilst continuing to practice our 1s, 2s, 3s, 5s and 10s. Use the games below to practice at home!
Parent Activity Afternoon
We will be looking to have a parent activity afternoon later this term.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
Things to remember...
Please ensure PE kits, reading books and planners are in school every day.
