Christian Value

Our focus for this half term is Thankfulness. We will be adding to our Values tab how we are exploring how that looks in our school and how we can live it out in our lives, as Jesus taught us to.

Daily Timetable

School starts: 8:45am

Lunchtime: 12:00-1:00

School finishes: 3:15pm

PE

Our PE day is Tuesday with Mr Stevenson. Please ensure you have sent in your child's PE kit which has their name in. This will stay in school until the end of half term when it will be sent home to be washed.

Tuck

Tuck is £10 per whole term. Please pay for tuck using Parent Pay.

Children will also receive a piece of fruit everyday.

Milk

Your child will receive a free drink of milk everyday until they reach the age of 5.

Water Bottles

Your child should bring a water bottle into school each day. Bottles should contain 'water' only. We are a healthy school and discourage sugary drinks.

                                                                Spring 1- Welcome Back!

Welcome back! We hope you enjoyed the Christmas break and are eager to start our learning this year!

We have missed you all very much and are so excited to see you all and hear your holiday news!

This term we will be learning all about winter and British woodland animals. We will be learning about nocturnal animals and which animals hibernate. Our text will be Owl Babies and there is a YouTube clip of the story below.

This term we will be working very hard in phonics, learning lots of new digraphs and trigraphs and lots more tricky words. It would be really helpful if you could continue to support your child at home by practising the tricky words that we sent home.

If you have any questions or worries, please feel free to speak to us any time.

                                                      Autumn 2- Welcome Back!

Last term it was lovely to see the children settle so quickly into school life.

This has to be the most special half-term in school. The magic of Christmas and a Nativity to prepare and perform. This term we will be learning about our community and the people who help us. We will also be learning about maps.

Please look at the knowledge organiser below.

If anyone has any worries or questions, please come and speak to a member of the EYFS team. We are always available.
