Welcome to Year 1. We are really excited about seeing you in September.

Intervention Teacher - Mrs Cooper (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Mrs Keane enjoys spending time with her family, including her two grown up children. She is fond of gardening. This year she has grown lots of lilies.
Miss Doody likes spending time with her 20 month old grand daughter, Frankie. She also likes camping, swimming in the sea, walking and lots of holidays!
This is the door you will use to enter your new classroom.
We are busy setting up and cleaning the classroom. As soon as it’s ready we will share a photo with you.
The Year One schools day will be 9.00 - 3.15.
There will be a playtime 10.30 - 10.45.
Dinner time will be 45 minutes long.
PE lessons will take place on Friday and one other day of the week (yet to be decided). Children should come to school wearing their PE kits and piercings removed on these days.
To help keep us all safe we will be washing our hands.
We will continue with Phonics lessons in Year 1.
We will start Year 1 Maths work on numbers and place value.
