Year 3PE/KM

Jesus said, "I have come in order that you may have life - life in all its fullness."

John 10:10

Welcome to Year 3PE/KM!

Happy New Year! We hope you had a lovely Christmas break and enjoyed your time at home. We have lots of exciting things planned this term to do with our new topic about the Stone Age.

In Maths, we are looking at multiplication and division, building on the skills from last term.

In English, lots of our work will be focussed on the text 'The Stone Age Boy'. In Reading, we will be continuing our work with the VIPERS (Vocabulary, Infer, Predict, Explain, Retrieve, Summarise) strategy. We will also be reading a new class novel, 'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.'

We will also have lots of other fun activities taking place throughout the term!

If you would like any further information, please contact either Mr Eames or Mrs Moore.

Christian Value

Our Christian Value for this half term is THANKFULNESS. Have a look on our Values tab to see how we have been exploring how that looks in our school and how we can live it out in our lives, as Jesus taught us to.

Religious Education

Our RE enriches all of our learning. This half term, we are looking at the question...

What do people believe about God?
